Booking Conditions
Bookings are per week from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00.Please complete an enquiry form on line or simply telephone us to check availability. We will then send you a booking form to complete.
Receipt of the booking form with a 20% deposit secures the booking. Bookings
are confirmed by e-mail or letter. Deposits are non-returnable.
The balance of the account is due 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Directions to La Courarie will be sent upon receipt of final payment. Holidays booked within 8 weeks of arrival will require full payment.
In the event of a cancellation, money will only be re-funded if the accommodation can be re-let.
Sorry, no pets or smoking in the accommodation.
Security Deposits Cottages
On arrival we will ask you for a cash payment of 100 euro or £100.00. This is to cover damage or breakage, in respect of furniture, appliances, equipment, china or glassware that must, by mutual agreement, either be replaced or deducted from your security deposit. This deposit also covers cleaning, a 30 euro charge will be deducted from the security deposit if you choose not to clean your accommodation to the standard you found it on your departure.
Security Deposits Farmhouse
Above terms and conditions apply with initial deposit of 120 euro or £120.00, with a cleaning charge of 40 euro.
